Double O’ Seven was born April 16, 2007 (hints the James bond theme). He is out
of great horses like Battle Colors, Midnight Sun, Suns Delight D., and of course
his direct dam my former mare Moons Full Moon, and sire, Color’s Regal Renegade.
I raised and broke James out with the help of my mother and we now have James in
training at Don Crum Stables where my mother, James and I are very happy for him
to be! He is now in the midst of his first show season, and he’s attended four
shows so far this year with Farmerville just
a week away. He has consistently
placed high in the ribbons against many
experienced
horses and riders. James and I received our first championship win last month at
Marshall in the class with seven other horses. James has improved with every
show he’s attended. He has a wonderful disposition; he is smart and very level
headed. James is a true show horse with vibrant presence as he goes through the
in-gate, he’s all business. We look forward to
many years ahead as his talent grows and cultivates into a top notch horse! I
couldn’t be any luckier! Between his personality, his conformation, and his
heart he is what a Horse of the Month should be!
