Mc Kinney Roughs State Park

Come and enjoy the Texas Hill Country located just a few hours from Houston. Mc Kinney Falls is a wonderful state park that offers miles and miles of trail riding complete with park benches, hitching posts, watering holes and river access. If you need a bunk house one is available at HHH along with tent camping, stalls and RV hook-ups. If pampering is your style book deluxe accommodations at the Hilton Lost Pines Resort located in the park. You can rent horses there or keep yours at HHH. The hotel boasts a first class spa and many other luxuries. This will be a fun weekend so book early. We will ride all day Saturday and ½ day Sunday. Early arrivals can ride the on site trails at HHH on Friday evening. Come enjoy the beautiful park and company of good friends.

Quintana Beach Ride

We will ride out at 2pm and ride until late afternoon then dine at Sands Bar and Grill where we can park, water the horses and enjoy the great seafood. Take 288 S to 36 go left, right on 1495 and then left on Quintana Rd. Sands in on the right. We recommend bringing fresh drinking water just in case and a horse that will enjoy the surf.
