Volunteer Activity Award Program Rules

          The Volunteer Activity Award program is one of the many programs offered.  This is a program fully funded by the club to promote membership, and participation within all club activities.

          The Volunteer Activity Award program is open to all adults, youth members and their horses, including any family members that may not currently ride.  To participate in this program, you (and or) your family, must be a member in good standing.  (current on all dues).

         Simply keep a record of your participation and earn points for assisting in certain club activities “listed below” But, it must be stressed, In order for your points to count, you MUST maintain your own log book. The program runs from January 1st through November 30th each calendar year.  Awards will be given for each award category listed in this program below at the annual awards banquet.

For the calendar year, this log must be turned into Terri Ross (mail to:  Teri Ross at 11922 Rose Road, Conroe, Texas  77303) by December 15th for tabulation and verification.
